Casting 4 Cures was inspired by the annual St Jude Bass Classic, a fishing tournament based in Wabasha, MN. Each year teams of anglers pay and entry fee as well as raise money for St Jude. We are a 100% volunteer lead organization with 100% of proceeds being donated to St Jude!
Participants Cory Larson and Jason Holmer, founders of Casting 4 Cures, pushed themselves each year to raise more and more money for the familes of St Jude. Jason and Cory, both fathers, felt an immediate emotional connection to the mission of St Jude, and decided to deicate themselves to helping as much as they could.
With the help of some very generous volunteers and sponsors, Casting 4 Cures has become an annual event, and to date has raised over $50,000 for St Jude Children's Hospital.
Thank you to everyone who has helped, is currenlty helping, or will help in the future. Every dollar raised makes a difference in the lives of a child and a family desparate for the help that St Jude provides.
